Refunds and Exchanges
At Sixkings, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have a straightforward and hassle-free refunds and exchanges policy in place.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges:
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process. We may require photo evidence of the defect or damage.
How to initiate a return or exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at (admin@sixkings.com.au) or message us on Instagram (@sixkingsau) to notify us of your request.
- Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- If the return or exchange is approved, we will process the refund or send out the replacement item as soon as possible.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-refundable items:
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items without their original tags or packaging.
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion.
